How to Reach
By Air - Agra’s Kheria Airport acts as a military base as well. Air India flights connect Agra to Delhi. The flying time is just an hour from Delhi. You can take a cab to reach the main city which should take just around 13 minutes.
By Train - Agra lies on the Delhi-Mumbai and the Delhi-Chennai rail route as well. A number of trains connect the city to Gwalior, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Jhansi. A total of five railway stations are situated in Agra - Agra Cantt Station, Raja Ki Mandi, Agra Fort Railway Station, Idgah Railway Station, and Agra City
By Road -The swanky new Yamuna Expressway connects Agra to the National Highway 2. Driving on the wide roads is an absolute pleasure. Driving to Agra from Delhi takes just 3-4 hours depending on the traffic density and the time of the day.
Best Time To Visit
Visit Agra between November - March. It’s winters in the city during these months and it is the perfect time to catch the majestic Taj mahal and gorge on the lip-smacking street food.
