It is a white to off-white powder and is freely soluble in water.BONDRONAT is available as a sterile, clear and colourless concentrated injection forintravenous (IV) infusion containing 6 mg ibandronic acid (as the monosodium saltmonohydrate 6.75 mg). The concentrated injection also contains sodium chloride, acetic acid- glacial, sodium acetate and water for injections.BONDRONAT is also available as white to off-white, film-coated tablets containing 50 mgibandronic acid (as the monosodium salt monohydrate 56.25 mg). The tablets also containlactose, cellulose microcrystalline, povidone, crospovidone, stearic acid and silica colloidalanhydrous.
