We produce and market Pure Ethylene Oxide (PEO) to several customers in India, spread across diverse end-use segments. PEO is used in the manufacture of Ethoxylates, Ethanolamines, PEGs, Glycol Ethers Drug Intermediates.

EO eliminates micro-organisms rendering the product sterile and lowers the total bacterial count to acceptable levels in pharma / cosmetic grade raw material and dehydrated food products for both domestic and export requirements. EO gas sterilization is achieved under four controlled parameters: Gas Concentration, Temperature, Humidity & Exposure Period. These parameters for treatment of various products commonly produced and used in our country have been standardised by PCI. PCIs Gas Filling and Formulation Unit is a well-laid-out, modern facility manned by trained personnel. It offers composite gas filling for methyl bromide and Ethylene Oxide used in the companys operations as well as sold commercially. The facility has been designed to produce and store gases in excess of 10 times the past capacity, with very special emphasis being placed on safety. It is certified to ISO 9001:2000 standard, one of the first in the country to be certified to this new standard.
