composition each tablet contains: ofloxacin----- 200mg indications infectious-inflammatory diseases, caused by sensitive to ofloxacin microorganisms. Infectious diseases of lower respiratory tracts, ear, throat, nose, skin, soft tissues, bones and joints, abdominal cavity and pelvic organs, kidneys and urinary tracts, genital organs (including prostatitis and gonorrhoea). dosage and administration geoflox tablets are for internal use only, 30-60 min before meals, drink small amount of water. Dosage is determined individually. Daily dose of ofloxacin makes up 200-800 mg with the duration of treatment 7-10 days. For adults 1-2 tablets twice daily or 2-4 tablets once daily. Maximal daily dose for adults is 800 mg. For the patients with impaired liver function daily dose should not exceed 400 mg. For the patients with renal dysfunction dosage of the preparation depends on creatinine clearance. At creatinine clearance of 20-50 ml/min the first dosage makes up 200 mg, further on 100 mg every 48 hours.
