Product Description: Inflixirel is a biosimilar of Infliximab, developed by Reliance Life Sciences. It is a recombinant chimeric human-murine IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds to both soluble and transmembrane forms of human tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-) and inhibits its functional activity. By neutralizing TNF-, Inflixirel helps reduce inflammation and modulate the immune system in various autoimmune diseases.

Dosage and Administration:
Rheumatoid Arthritis:
Induction: 3 mg/kg body weight at 0, 2, and 6 weeks
Maintenance: 3 mg/kg every 8 weeks
Crohns Disease:
Induction: 5 mg/kg body weight at 0, 2, and 6 weeks
Maintenance: 5 mg/kg every 8 weeks
Ulcerative Colitis:
Induction: 5 mg/kg body weight at 0, 2, and 6 weeks
Maintenance: 5 mg/kg every 8 weeks
Ankylosing Spondylitis:
Induction: 5 mg/kg body weight at 0, 2, and 6 weeks
Maintenance: 5 mg/kg every 8 weeks
Psoriatic Arthritis:

Reconstitution and Administration:
Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with 10 mL of sterile water for injection.
Gently swirl the vial to dissolve; do not shake.
The reconstituted solution should be clear to slightly opalescent and colorless to pale yellow.
Dilute the reconstituted solution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection to a final volume of 250 mL.
Administer by intravenous infusion over a period of at least 2 hours.
Storage: Store the lyophilized powder at 2C to 8C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. After reconstitution, the solution should be used immediately or stored at 2C to 8C for up to 24 hours.
