It requires that teams consider the drivers or critical success factors for maximizing chances of winning in the marketplace.Using the debrief of the simulation, the team will be asked to look at the various aspects of the company Strategy and asked to discuss what it will take to do a good job of all 3. Participants will be asked to work in 3 break-out teams and present their views to the plenary.

In todays globalized world, knowing English has become a necessity. Be it socializing or a successful career you cant progress much without it. Realizing this, parents prefer sending their children to English medium schools and as part of preparation they desire to send them to a good English medium nursary. This means shelling out more money. Those who can do this do so, for the others it remains a distant dream. In order to make this dream come true REAP began its English Montessori classes for slum kids. This initiative was started in 2013 in Kalwa, Thane Dist. It was an instant success and has now spread even to the remotest areas such as Khardi (Shahapur). The idea was to give the slum and rural children a head start in English so that they would be at par with other children in class when they join a English medium school. The number of Nursary has now increased to 15 and is functional in the slums of Chembur, Kalyan, Dombivili, Bhiwandi, etc.

Our Nursery program for the children aged 2.6 - 3.6 years is a complete package for preschool learning programs and skills. This gives the children the understanding and the recognition of phonic sounds, counting and also recognizing numbers, quantities, colors and shapes; also pre-reading and pre-writing programs, pre-math, science and social skills in a logical, natural sequence that encourages children to learn one step at a time. Our main focus at this stage is to develop adequate muscular co-ordination and basic motor skills, to develop good health habits, to help the child understand, accept and control feelings and emotions, to motivate group participation by providing opportunities to think, link and create. Children are allowed to explore and discover freely and express their interests and fascination to their new discovery. They are exposed to the idea of friendship and sharing. Our Nursery learning is based on the framework and incorporates guidelines from the Montessori Method. Keeping each child's individual strengths and interests at heart and where children are granted the freedom to explore and play, igniting their passion and excitement for learning. Montessori Method is based on the principle that the senses should be educated first, and then the intellect. For example, learning to look develops into reading, while touching leads to writing. In this method the teacher prepares and presents materials needed for the children to carry out his/her great work, and offers them to the children in the form of individual or small group presentations. Once an initial presentation or lesson has been given the activities are freely chosen and frequently repeated according to each child's needs. The Montessori classroom fascinates both children and their parents. The classroom is bright, warm and inviting, filled with plants, books, music and art. We value play as meaningful learning, and emphasize the importance of spontaneous and child-initiated play as a crucial step towards a child's developing working theories about the natural, social, physical and material worlds. We encourage children to explore and learn about their life experiences through play - by doing, asking questions, interacting and trying out ideas. We challenge children to think, 'outside the box,' and develop strategies for thinking, active exploration and reasoning.
