It comprises of Vitamin A (as palmitate), Cholecalciferol, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacinamide, Iron Choline Citrate, Zinc Sulphate, Calcium Gluconate, Flavoured Malt Extract base. It has the combination of all the Vitamins and essential minerals. The preparation is especially made for small children, weak children, the growing children, malnourished children, and the nursing mothers. All these Vitamins and Minerals are bitter in taste, which would not be palatable for children. Hence this combination was flavoured with the Malt Extract. It gives a sweet taste to the Multi Vitamin and mineral preparation. Thus one can get nourishment with good taste. Vitamin A (as palmitate) is a vitamin that is needed by the retina of the eye. It cuts down Xerophthalmia. Cholecalciferol is essential for the proper regulation of calcium and phosphate homeostasis and bone mineralization. Vitamin B1 is used against the symptoms of syndrome known as beri beri. Vitamin B2 is essential for tissue respiration and the generation of energy from the carbohydrates, acids and fats. It is important for body growth and red blood cell production and helps in releasing energy from carbohydrates.
