The best quality mature paddy is selected for this type of rice at the P.N.M.N Group mills. It is then cleaned, dried and then subjected to steaming at our automated plant. The grains are then machine dried before being hulled and this type of rice is specially healthy for Diabetic patients as it contains a lesser percentage of carbohydrates.
